Enrollment program available for farmers

Now through Nov. 30, Adams County eligible farmers can enroll in the America’s Farmers Grow Communities program to receive a $2,500 donation to direct to a local eligible nonprofit organization.

The America’s Farmers Grow Communities program, sponsored by the Monsanto Fund, provides farmers the opportunity to make a difference in the local community and give back to a nonprofit of their choice.

Since 2010, the America’s Farmers Grow Communities program has given more than $22 million to nonprofits across rural America, including more than $82,500 in Washington.
