Irma Eve-Lynne Gfeller

Irma E. Gfeller died on Aug. 21 at her home in Lind at the age of 85.

She was born on Feb. 8, 1931, in Torrington, Alberta, to Emmanuel and Magdalena Bossert and was a 1954 graduate of the school of nursing at the Provincial Health Service in New Westminster, B.C.

Irma became an American citizen in 1960 after waiting the required five years.
