Easter egg hunts begin Saturday

The Ralston and Ritzville communities are hosting annual Easter egg hunts on Saturday, March 19, for area youth to participate in.

The annual Ralston Grange Easter Egg Hunt will be held at the Ralston Park on March 19 at 9 a.m. Kids of all ages, from toddler on up, are welcome to participate.

Every child taking part will go home with eggs and a candy treat.

Each family participating is asked to donate one dozen hardboiled, decorated eggs. The eggs can be left at 410 West Tenth Avenue in Ritzville on Friday, March 18.

After the hunt, a continental breakfast and games are provided in the Ralston Grange Hall.

The Community Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 2739 is scheduled for March 19 in Ritzville City Park at 9 a.m.

All monies and donations collected are awarded as prizes at the event.

The money is divided between various eggs to allow multiple participants to win.

Donations may be sent to PO Box 322, Ritzville with checks payable to Eagles Auxiliary.
