Long-term care program at library Sept. 16

The Ritzville Public Library is hosting a free program about long-term care insurance on Monday, Sept. 16, in the library basement. Gary Schmick from LTC Coverage in Spokane is going to be present to answer questions from 4-6 p.m.

Schmick is focusing on providing answers for residents about the Medicare Open Enrollment period, and the new Affordable Care Act and Washington Health Plan Finder. Enrollment for both of the programs opens next month.
