Eastern Adams County's Only Independent Voice Since 1887

Candidate invested in Adams County

During the many decades of both public and private law enforcement on both sides of the Cascades, I have had the opportunity to work with many prosecutors and their deputies. Some were in that public office just to use it as a stepping-stone to a big law firm; others were there to make a difference. In King County, I saw young deputy prosecutors and attorneys run for and become elected to Superior Court. One of these was a young attorney that I admired as she rose from a district court judge, to Washington State Supreme Court, and finally to the Federal District Court in Seattle, she was Judge Carolyn Dimmick.

So I have seen the good and not so good become judges. I have watched Randy Flyckt ever since he became our County Prosecutor. I have seen a man who is truly interested in making Adams County a safe place with a good quality of life for its citizens. As our prosecutor, he has always done the right thing for our county. He has had to deal with people in our county who believe that the law is for everyone else but them, and in doing so has incurred the wrath of this type of person and sometimes their families and friends but he has done what needs to be done to keep Adams County safe.

Randy Flyckt, who lives in Adams County, handles not only the criminals in our county but also is the civil attorney that takes care of all the litigation that faces Adams County government. Randy Flyckt will make a superb Superior Court Judge for Adams County. This is why I support Randy Flyckt and his campaign.

May God always bless the United States of America.
