CEO not the source of district’s longstanding issues

Mark Barglof did not cause rift in this community. It has been festering for many years.

I worked at the hospital in 2001. The employees attended several meetings where plans to remodel the hospital were presented.

Here we are, over ten years later, and still no renovations. With a new hospital administrator every couple years, it has been impossible for the District to move forward.

Terminating Mr. Barglof is not going to resolve our differences. It is only going to make matters worse. He has improved the District like no other administrator has been able to do.

Electing a new board, hiring a new CEO and/or bringing in consultants are just band aids.

Until the real root of the problem is identified, any hope of a mutually agreeable resolution is a long way away.
