Lady Tigercats fall to bottom of league

The Lady Tigercats fell once more to the Lady Pirates of Pomeroy with a final score of 20-45. The Lady Tigercats lost to Pomeroy earlier in the league season by almost the same score, 25-43.

Anne Fleming led the team in scoring with seven points. Brooklynn Hostetler scored four points while Jena Goude and Lindsey Miller both scored three points.

Haley Dorman scored two points in the game and Kadie Whinery made one free throw.

This loss brings the Lady Tigercats to 2-13 on the season, and 1-8 for league games. Touchet is close to the Lady Tigercats with a league standing of 1-7, while Pomeroy is 2-7 in league play.

The Tigercats play Touchet on Friday, Jan. 27 in Washtucna and St. John-Endicott on Saturday, Jan. 28 in LaCrosse.
