Plager to lead commissioners

The Adams County Commissioners elected a new chairman of the board at their regular meeting on Jan. 3. Rudy Plager will be the new chairman for the board, as Roger Hartwig will be the new vice-chairman of the board.

Every year during the first regular meeting of the year, the board reorganizes and changes the positions. During 2011, Jeffery Stevens was the chairman of the board while Plager had been the vice-chairman.
