Olson leaves Ritzville City Council

Ann Olson has resigned from the Ritzville City Council. Mayor Linda Kadlec read Olson’s letter of resignation during a council meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 3. According to Olson’s letter, she resigned effective Jan. 1, 2012, due to family health issues.

Kadlec said she is considering her options on how to proceed with filling the vacancy.
