    Dale Roland Yockey of Sunnyside, died at the age of 89 on Tuesday, Nov. 22. Dale was born in Pateros on Oct. 9, 1927, to Claud and Mildred (Girard) Yockey of Winthrop. It was in Winthrop where he spent his early years and gained the nickname “Windy” from his school classmates. In high school Dale excelled in sports including baseball, basketball and skiing.     Steven, 49, died on Dec. 4. He was the beloved son of Lowell Becker and Kathryn Schafer. Steven was born on March 6, 1967, at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Oakland. His father Lowell was a career Navy Enlisted Hospital Corpsman, and Steven was raised through middle school in Oak Harbor, on Whidbey Island.     Paxton John Arlt was born to Dustan and Renee Arlt of Ritzville on Nov. 2 in Moses Lake. At birth, Paxton weight seven pounds, five ounces and measured 19.5 inches in length.     Greg Taylor, dealer principal at Taylor and Sons Chevrolet in Ponderay, Idaho, has been nominated for the 2017 TIME Dealer of the Year award, TIME announced on Oct. 24.
