    The Ritzville Police Department is gearing up for the annual Shop with a Cop program. Local law enforcement, including the Adams County Sheriff’s Office and the Washington State Patrol will take selected children (at least 10) shopping for Christmas gifts for their siblings and parents. Sterling Savings Bank is a partner in the KXLY Coats 4 Kids drive that raised a total of 18,474 coats this year.
