    The Ritzville EMTs are traveling in two ambulances around Ritzville from 6-7 p.m. on Nov. 21 to collect nonperishable food items for the annual EMT Food Drive. Residents are asked to leave all donations on the front porch of the home for EMTs and Hospital District personnel to pick up. Food donations can also be brought to the Ritzville Medical Clinic.     Adams County Sheriff John Hunt has issued an informational bulletin regarding a Level Three sex offender now residing on East Weber Road in Ritzville. Eugene Roy (Gene) Kliewer, 71, was convicted of sexual interference on May 2, 2012, in Ontario, Canada. Kliewer is described as a 6-foot-1, 180 pound, white male with grey hair and blue eyes.
