    Paul Swanson Jr., a former Ritzville student and NCAA Division I athlete will be returning home to bring the “Winning Mindset” training program to Lind-Ritzville/Sprague athletes.     The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos football team got its first dose of live action on Aug. 30, as it hosted the Ritzville Jamboree. The Broncos welcomed five other teams to Jimmie Snider Field last Friday: Davenport, Northwest Christian, Colfax, Medical Lake and Dayton-Waitsburg.     Local employers will have an opportunity to present jobs and careers to students in grades 6-12 from Lind, Ritzville Sprague and Washtucna during the 2019 Lind-Ritzville-Sprague-Washtucna Career Showcase on Oct. 3 in Ritzville.     Every year at the Ritzville Rodeo, young women compete for the honor of being next year's rodeo queen. This year, 16-year-old Julia Klein was the lone competitor.     East Adams Rural Healthcare will be holding its annual Safety, Health & Wellness Fair next Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Knuth Building on the fairgrounds. Over 30 vendors are currently signed up to attend the fair, which includes free breakfast to the first 30 attendees. Goodie bags will also be handed out to attendees.     A recent 2018 financial audit by a public accounting firm based out of Spokane Valley provided mostly good news for East Adams Rural Healthcare in regards to improvements over the 2017 fiscal year.     Lind-Ritzville High School students are back at school in a newly rebuilt building. The building, however, is not the only thing that is new. It also comes with a lot of new technology.
