    The Ritzville School District bond for improvements and construction within the district failed for the second time this year, this time by an even slighter margin. The Hospital District No. 2 EMS levy did pass on the April 26 vote count.     Marian Janet (Depee) Laib was born June 10, 1940, in Wallace, Idaho to Frank and Dorothy (King) Depee. The first took place at the Ritzville Municipal Golf Course on March 29 at 2 p.m. Results from this match are currently unavailable. The golfers then had a week with no matches due to Spring Break.
