    Garrett Lee Bartley is scheduled to perform at the Wooden Nickel on Friday, Jan. 27 at 7:30 p.m. Bartley, a 1998 Ritzville High School graduate, is an up-and-coming singer in the Spokane area. Bartley got a band together about eight months ago, and then in May, Bartley opened for country music singer Brett Eldredge, at the Knitting Factory Concert House in Spokane.     The Lind Senior Center will host the annual Stew Feed and free White Elephant Bingo on Sunday, Jan. 29 at the center location on North I Street, in downtown Lind. Mailing services with increases include: first-class mail, standard mail, periodicals, package services and extra services, along with shipping prices.
