Public Works Foreman/Class II WWTP/Level 1, CCS Water Operator & One Full Time Public Works Crewmember #2 The Town of Wilbur is seeking qualified resumes for a Public Works Foreman and Full Time Public Works Crewmember. The foreman is considered a working department head and is under policy direction from the Mayor. The foreman plans, organizes, directs, manages and integrates the Town’s public works and utilities activities and functions; provides professional assistance to town management in areas of expertise including: municipal water distribution and treatment, wastewater collection and treatment, fleet maintenance and street maintenance, capital improvement projects, fiscal budget development and management. The foreman must have a CDL and ability to obtain other required licenses. The Public Works Crewmember is under the direction of the Foreman. A CDL is preferred. Both positions are salaried. Foreman’s wage scale to start is $4,830.00/mo. to $5,828.00/ mo. Crewmember #2 starting wage is $3,331.00/mo. Pay increases are available for certifications related to the job. Benefits include: employer paid medical, dental and vision. 457 Retirement match up to 6.5%. Life Insurance options with employer paid base rate available.
