    State FFA convention is a time for fun, and serious competition. This year the Lind-Ritzville chapter is taking a large group of contestants eager to compete. This year we have teams competing in Ag communications, Ag Sales, Ag Issues, Vet science, Food Science, Meats, Farm Business Management, Meats, Marketing, First-Year, and Spanish Creed.     Wishing you a very happy Valentine’s Day from the Lind-Ritzville FFA chapter. This February, the chapter has a few important activities and events going on. Every year, our chapter donates supplies and our time to the Spokane Ronald McDonald House. On Feb. 23, our officer team will go up to Spokane to deliver these supplies, provide breakfast to all there, and help clean the house.     The Lind-Ritzville FFA Chapter hopes everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. In the month of November, our chapter has had success in Career Development Event (CDE) competitions. Our soils team consisting of Camden Smith, Abby Gering, Peyton Curtis, Julia Klien and Ellie Gering placed second in the state.   • Lind-Ritzville FFA chapter preps for upcoming year, activities

    The school year has begun and with it a new year of FFA. Our chapter has been very busy with the soils judging season. They have competed at several events, one in Garfield County on Oct. 4 and one on Oct. 12 in Spokane County. The next competition is on the 18th and our team is excited to go.
