Academic co-op meeting June 23 to
feature Gar-Pal district speakers
Representatives from Garfield and Palouse School Districts are the guest speakers at a public meeting this Wednesday, June 23, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Ritzville Grade School gym.
The meeting will serve as an opportunity for one and all to visit with Bev Fox, Palouse superintendent, and Frankie Swinney, Garfield/Palouse business manager.
Garfield and Palouse schools operate as the Garfield-Palouse Cooperative.
The first group of students to graduate from Garfield-Palouse High School was the Class of 1987.
During recent academic cooperative public meetings in Lind and Ritzville, participants requested to have people from other academic cooperatives attend a public forum for a question and answer session.
The meeting is open to the public.
