Fair launches Giant Pumpkin Contest
Wheat Land Communities’ Fair is sponsoring a Giant Pumpkin Contest at the 2010 fair on Labor Day weekend.
Organizers remind gardeners to plant seeds, which are available at Coast Hardware and The Garden Gate Seed Company in Ritzville.
Judging will take place at the fair with prizes awarded for first, second and third places.
