January 20, 2010 Autism Research highlights telehealth class Thursday
East Adams Rural Hospital will continue the community education Autism 200 Series on Thursday, Jan. 21, beginning at 7 p.m. and continuing until 8:30 p.m. Ralph Bernier, PhD, will lead this month’s class about “Autism Research – How to be an Educated Consumer of Research in the World of Autism.” Autism 200 is a series of classes for parents and caregivers of children with autism who wish to better understand the disorder. Classes are offered the third Thursday of each month and are presented by rotating faculty members from Seattle Children’s Hospital and University of Washington, as well as professionals from the Seattle area.
