Paul Stahl

Paul Stahl of Stahls Hutterian Brethern, husband and father, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Jan. 8, 2010, at the age of 61 years.

He was born Dec. 12, 1948, to John and Elizabeth Stahl in Rockyford, Alberta.

He married his wife Susanna on March 3, 1974. It is said he was a man well respected by all the members of the colony.

Survivors include his wife, Susanna, of 35 years; his sons Marvin (Rosanna), Tom (Linda), Philip; his daughters: Susan (Joseph) of Sandhills, Alberta, Melissa and Amy; his mom, Elizabeth; brothers, John (Betty), Andy (Rachel), Eli (Barbara), Wally (Martha) Edward (Joanne), Albert (Barb), Sammy (Donna); sisters, Sara (Mike) and Elizabeth (Joe); six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father, John.  

A funeral service was held at the Stahls Hutterian Brethern on Jan. 10, 2010. 

Interment followed at the Stahls Cemetery.
