Zimmer named to Seattle Times athlete of the week

Lady Tigercat Kelly Zimmer was named the WIAA/Seattle Times state athlete of the week for Nov. 27 for the state volleyball championship game against Moses Lake Christian Academy on Nov. 15 in Yakima.

Zimmer was 22 of 23 at the service line and posted four aces, 15 kills and five digs.

The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) and the Seattle Times select athletes of the week from nominations submitted by athletic directors.
