County commissioners okay

McManamon Road payment

The Adams County Commissioners signed the first payment to HLT Construction, Inc., for the McManamon Road project Monday morning.

The unanimous decision came after Clint Biggar, of the Public Works Department, presented a pay estimate of $232,302.85.

Biggar said the project is on schedule, and possibly even a little ahead of schedule.
