Lind church to celebrate 100 years

Efforts are underway to plan the 100^th anniversary of the Lind Community Church in September.

The Lind Community Church Fellowship met last Thursday to discuss committee assignments and plan another sewing day on March 28, where sewers will continue to work on lap robes and baby blankets.

A celebration to commemorate the church's 100^th anniversary is set for Sept. 7, 2008. The day of Memories and Music will include music, special guests, a noon potluck and cake in the afternoon.
