Greenwalt named to RPDA, Koss steps down

Darrel Koss resigned from the Ritzville Public Development Authority on Tuesday as he was sworn in as the newest member of the Ritzville City Council. Instead of serving on the RPDA, Koss will continue to attend the meetings as the city council’s liaison.

Mayor Linda Kadlec recommended Kurt Greenwalt be appointed to the RPDA. The city council unanimously approved the request.
