EMTs garner ‘Thank You’ bonus

EMTs of the Adams County Public Hospital District No. 2 will receive an appreciation bonus with approval by the Board of Commissioners on Dec. 27.

One of several resolutions approved at the regular meeting, the appreciation bonus resolution approves a one-time bonus of $100 paid to the EMTs in the Jan. 6, 2008 paycheck. The cost of the bonuses will not exceed $3,500.

According to the board report from Amy Sawyer, EMS director, “The EMTs from Washtucna, Lind and Ritzville have been doing training together… They deserve some recognition for the great work they are doing.”
